St.Martin´s Day 2019
By the occasion of St. Martin´s Day, we prepared the special offer from November 6th.
100g Goose liver in lard, with pomegranate and almonds
0,25l Poultry broth with vegetables and bun dumpling
150g Goose offal on lard, with vegetables and potato gnocchi
¼ St. Martin´s goose roasted on apples and marjoram, served with red walnut cabbage, pancakes and gingerbread dumplings
from November 9 th., we recommend also with St. Lawrence red wine of Znovín Znojmo cellars
Recipes used, including the names, were taken from a recipe book from the 18th and 19th century.
