We invite you to the traditional and best Pork feast in Prague! You can enjoy pork feast from Wednesday 18th to Sunday 23th February at U Pinkas Restaurant. For evening times we recommend early booking.

Starters

  • 100g Big greaves with onion and garlic
  • 100g Butcher gelatin with vinegar and onion

Soup

  • 0,25 l Pork soup with barley groats

Main dishes

  • 250g Bread and groats crops hash served with mashed potatoes with cabbage
  • 250g Boiled pork knee, horseradish with apple 
  • 120g Bread or blood sausage fried in lard, served with mashed potatoes with cabbage
  • 350g Platter with traditional specialties 
    (bread and blood sausage, light and dark hash, mustard and horseradish with apples)

Recipes used, including the names, were taken from a recipe book from the 18th and 19th century.
The agreed prices include 15% VAT.
