Restaurant U Pinkasu is a traditional Czech restaurant and pub. It offers typical Czech cuisine and carefully treated Pilsner Urquell draft beer. The restaurant was founded in 1843 and historically, the first Pilsner Urquell in Prague was tapped here.

Tafelspitz slow-cooked beef leg with marrow bone, fresh vegetables, finely chopped spinach, potatoes, creamy horseradish and chive remulade
Baked pork knee, served with mustard and horseradish
Pinkas beef goulash with Bohemian dumplings
Baked quarter of duck with apples and marjoram, served with Bohemian dumplings variety and two color cabbage (1/4)
Mixed beef tartar finely cutted and flavored fried bread and garlic

In summer the Gothic Beer Garden is open, a typical garden area with outdoor seating at the foot of the adjacent Gothic Church of Our Lady of the Snows.

Reservations can be made via e-mail or by phone. Reservations are recommended on weekends. We do not accept reservations for the Gothic Beer Garden during the summer months.
